  Royal College of Psychiatrists' response to the Equality Impact Assessment of the imposed Junior Doctors' Contract In response to the Equality Impact Assessment of the imposed Junior Doctors' Contract, the Royal College of Psychiatrists makes the following statement: “The Royal College of Psychiatrists has significant concerns following the publication of the Government's Equality Impact Assessment of the imposed Junior Doctors' Contract; in particular the comment that although the contract may disadvantage women, this is “a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim”.
