No, frozen wind turbines aren't the main culprit for Texas' power outages

Plenty of disinformation out there. There have been posts apparently showing a helicopter de-icing a wind turbine but it was from 8 years ago and from Sweden not Texas.

No, although some power has been lost from renewables double that amount has been lost from gas, coal, and nuclear. Natural gas in particular has been affected.
