Pengarth House. Just after WW2 the house was owned by Mrs Hall who was the daughter of the Bennetts who owned the slaughterhouse and tannery which stood at the foot of Tredinnick Hill. Mrs Hall later moved to Parc Dinsel on Bartliver Lane.
