The Grampound with Creed Parish Council initiated the Heritage Project and it now operates as a Committee of the Parish Council

It was, and is, supported and guided by the staff of the Royal Cornwall Museum, Truro. The project is now managed by The Friends of the Grampound with Creed Heritage Project whose ideas include offering village study sessions to local schools, developing activities for younger children, developing links with other museums and local history groups in Cornwall, producing publications about the history of Grampound and carrying out research into the village and its' inhabitants. We will also continue to staff the regular opening of the Heritage Centre and to expand its range of resources.
